Roseanna left the chaos of a Wall Street career 20 years ago, to focus and commit herself to her favorite little neighborhood called Paulus Hook. She began a new successful career in local real estate assisting buyers and sellers, families and small business owners find their own special place in this exciting area to grow and thrive.
She served on the Jersey City Planning Board for over 10 years, beginning as an appointed Commissioner moving into the elected positions of Vice-Chairman and Chairman. An active member and board member of the Historical Paulus Hook Association, she is also a devoted member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church.
With her husband Phil by her side, you’ll be sure to see Roseanna around town at a local art gallery or enjoying our wonderfully diverse cuisine! Another of their favorite pass times is making wine at their home and sharing it with their neighbors on Halloween. It’s become a “must stop” on the trick or treaters route every year!
